Agency policy

1. Agency commission rate will be base on agency team income in the week (from Monday to Sunday as a whole week)

2. Agency salary will be sent to agency account by beans on every Monday, agency can withdraw anytime

Note: host income including income from calls, gifts, game share beans excluding for task reward from platform.

Niki Commission Struction

Niki provides the high rate of commission to hosts and agency plus with extra bonus

1. Coins

- Source: From recharge or games.
- Offline Recharge Rate: Up to $\$1 = \text{9,800 coins}$

2. Beans & Host Withdraw Rules

- Conversion Rate: Hosts receive 7,000 beans for every 10,000 coins gifted.
- Withdrawal Rate: $\text{10,000 beans} = \$1$

Calculation Example (User Charges $1,000):

- Host Receives: 6,860,000 beans $\$686$
- Agency Receives: 754,600 beans $\$75.46$

Withdraw Method and Rules

1. Withdrawal Policy

- Flexibility: Agencies and hosts can withdraw at any time.
- Payout Frequency: Daily.

2. Withdrawal Rules & Limits

- Conversion Ratio: $\text{10,000 beans} = \$1$
- Minimum Limit: Single withdrawal amount must be ≥ $\ge \$11.5$

3. Fees & Payment Methods

- Service Fee: Varies depending on the chosen withdrawal method. Please select the most appropriate option.
- Supported Methods: Multiple payout options available (including but not limited to Epay, Payoneer, PayPal, and Bank Transfer).

Requirements for Agency

1. Host Requirements

- Minimum Roster: Must maintain a minimum of 10 active hosts.
- Activity Goal: Each host must stream for at least 1 hour per day, 4 days a week.

2. Target & Performance

- Income Target: Must reach 500,000 beans within 2 weeks.
- Penalty: Failure to meet this target may result in the dismissal of your agency.

3. Strict Prohibitions & Violations

- Forbidden Actions: Inside-app poaching (recruiting hosts within the app) and promoting external platforms/apps.
- Penalties for Violations:
  - Official warnings.
  - Account ban.
  - Forfeiture of all income.
  - Legal escalation (cases involving financial loss will be referred to the judiciary).

- Supervision: Supervise host behavior, ensure compliance with app rules, and guide hosts to create high-quality content.
- Liability: Agencies may face penalties if their managed hosts violate platform rules.

a. Reward Eligibility & Claim Rules

- - - Dual Requirement: Rewards are only unlocked when both the required number of eligible hosts and the shareable performance targets are met simultaneously.
    - Payout Schedule: Rewards earned this week are collected independently the following week.
    - Limitation: Only the current level of rewards can be claimed each week.

b. Eligible Host Criteria (“Up to Standard”) To count as 1 eligible host per week, the host must meet all of the following:

- - - Valid Day: Minimum of 1 hour of broadcasting per day.
    - Weekly Frequency: Minimum of 6 valid days per week.
    - Weekly Duration: Minimum of 15 total hours of broadcasting time per week.

c. Agent Ranking & Tier Limitations

- - - Level 8–10 Tasks: Restricted exclusively to agents ranked in the Top 14 by income this week.
    - Level 0–7 Tasks: Mandatory for any agents who did not rank in the Top 14 last week.

d. Fraud & Content Quality Penalties

- - - Fraudulent Behavior: Any discovered fraud will result in the immediate cancellation of event rewards and disqualification from future participation.
    - Host Quality: Agencies will lose all growth rewards if their hosts produce low-quality content and fail to improve after multiple warnings.

Niki Agency Rules

1. Anti-Poaching & Cross-Platform Rules

- Inter-Agency Poaching: Agents are strictly prohibited from recruiting hosts who belong to other Niki agencies.
- Platform Poaching: Agents are not allowed to pull existing independent hosts on the platform into their own agency.
  - 1st Offense: $\$10$ penalty.
  - 2nd Offense: $\$100$ penalty.
  - Repeated Violations: Complete forfeiture of all commissions and termination of the agency contract.
- Cross-Platform Promotion: Promoting other external platforms or apps on Niki is strictly forbidden.
- Host Multi-Accounting: Streamers are prohibited from joining more than one agency simultaneously. If discovered, the host’s new account will be banned immediately.

2. Host Payment & Exchange Rates

- Deduction Ban: Agents are not allowed to make unauthorized extra deductions from a host’s salary.
- Exchange Rate Cap: The depreciation rate applied to a host’s salary payment must not exceed 5% of Google’s international exchange rate.
  - Penalty: If a verified complaint is received from a host, Niki will stop distributing that host’s income share to the agent.

3. Management & Legal Liability

- Agency Responsibility: Agents must maintain good relationships with hosts, actively manage their broadcasting schedules, and motivate them to improve stream quality and consistency.
- Legal Action: Any violation will face corresponding platform penalties. If an agency’s violation causes serious financial losses to Niki, the responsible party will face legal punishment.

About Sub-agency

Definition

For the Main Agency: A sub-agent is a subordinate partner operating under your primary agency account.
For the Sub-Agent: You operate as an independent agency with the exact same rights, rules, and privileges as a main agency (including the ability to hire your own hosts and manage your sub-agency business).

📌 Key Notes:
Performance Separation: A sub-agent’s income is not combined with the main agency’s host performance. Their specific commission rate is determined entirely by their own total income.
No Income Deduction: The commission earned by the main agency from a sub-agency is a bonus provided directly by Niki Live. It is never deducted from the sub-agent’s earnings, ensuring the sub-agent’s income remains 100% unaffected.

Benefits of Adding the Sub-agent

1. Boost Your Commission Tier

While a sub-agent’s income does not count toward your direct host performance, their revenue is added to your overall weekly total to calculate your final commission tier percentage. This allows you to reach higher commission levels much faster.

2. Calculation Example

- Scenario A (Without Sub-Agency):
  - Agency A earns $170 last week.
  - Standard commission rate: 7%
- Scenario B (With Sub-Agency):
  - Agency A earns $170 and has Sub-Agency B which earns $40.
  - Total combined income for tier calculation: $\$170 + \$40 = \mathbf{\$210}$
  - New boosted commission rate: Level B (11%)
- The Result:
  - Agency A’s direct commission rate increases to 11%.
  - Agency A also earns a 7% overriding commission from the sub-agency’s revenue (calculated as: $\text{11\% Main Rate} - \text{4\% Sub-Agent Base Rate} = \mathbf{7\%}$ ).

Agency weekly earning ranking rewards(5.22~8.06 2023)

Activity time: 2023.05.22-2023.08.06(UTC+8)
The rewards can only be claimed if the two requirements of the number of hosts reaching the standard and the shareable performance are met at the same time. The rewards of this week will be collected independently next week, and only the highest level rewards can be claimed each week.
Up to standard anchor: the anchor starts broadcasting for 1 hour every day, which is recorded as 1 valid day. An anchor who has 6 days of effective broadcasting days per week, and a total of 18 hours of weekly broadcasting time is recorded as a 1-standard anchor.
Only agents ranked Top 10 by income last week can participate in this week's Level.7-9 agent tasks. Non-Top 10 agents from last week can only complete Level.0-6 tasks this week
In this event, if the official finds that the agent has fraudulent behavior, the event rewards and participation qualifications will be canceled immediately

Niki Agency Rules

Agents are not allowed to recruit hosts from other agents Niki
It is strictly forbidden to promote other platforms on Niki
Streamers are not allowed to join more than one agent at the same time. (If such behavior is discovered, the host's new account will be banned immediately)
Agents are not allowed to try to pull existing hosts on the platform into their agency. (If we receive any evidence, the agent who commits the first offense will face a penalty of 10 US dollars, and the second offender will face a penalty of 100 US dollars. For agents who repeatedly violate this rule, the platform will deduct all their commissions and cancel their cooperation relationship)
Agents are not allowed to deduct extra from the host's salary, and the exchange rate depreciation rate for paying the host's salary shall not exceed 5% of Google's international exchange rate. (If we receive a complaint from the host, we will stop distributing the income share of the host to the agent after verification)
Agents need to maintain a good relationship with their hosts as much as possible, actively manage the live broadcast records of their anchors, and encourage and promote the anchors to improve the quality of live broadcasts and the number of live broadcasts.
Any violation will face corresponding punishment, please pay attention to the warning terms given by the platform. (If violations cause serious losses to the platform, the person responsible will face legal punishment)

A. Excellent Agent Exploring Fund

2.Issuance Standards

1) Weekly income on other APPs reaches 1,000 US dollars, and will be rewarded with 200k coins
2) Weekly income on other APPs reaches 2,000 US dollars, and will be rewarded with 300k coins.
3) Weekly income on other APPs reaches 4,000 US dollars, and will be rewarded with 500k coins
4) Weekly income on other APPs reaches 6,000 US dollars, and will be rewarded with 700k coins
5) Weekly income on other APPs reaches 8,000 US dollars, and will be rewarded with 1000k coins.

B. Eligible Hosts Rewards

For the new agency registered to Niki, within the first working month, if the number of eligible hosts
reaches different levels, we offer different rewards

The definition of an eligible host:
The host’s daily broadcast time of at least 1 hour will be counted as 1 effective day.
The host with 6 effective days and 18 hours in a week will be counted as one Eligible Host.
Notice：
Hosts are prohibited from negative live broadcasts in the live room. If the number of cut-offs is more than 5 times, the reward will be canceled.
